I'm Kelly Diller, Owner and Certified Trainer of PowHERhouse Fitness, a small women only boutique gym in Catalina, AZ. PowHERhouse Fitness focuses on semi private sessions and 1:1 personal training programs that will help build muscle, burn fat and regain your confidence.

Why did I start this journey? Well, because at the age of 26, I suffered a major slip & fall injury that put me in a wheelchair. I was overweight and unhealthy at the time. That was my wake up call that it was time to lose weight and build strength. Since 2010, fitness has been a part of my daily life. I now strive to make fitness fun for all women.

PowHERhouse Fitness was built to be a welcoming, positive and safe space for women to workout. I am all too familiar with most gyms being intimidating towards women. Come see what PowHERhouse is about!

I can't say enough great things about Kelly. I joined her gym 11 weeks ago and I am seeing amazing results. I love the definition that I have gotten from lifting much heavier weights and Kelly makes sure I use proper form as I am learning new exercises.
