Who knew working out, becoming stronger, could be fun! Showing up is the hardest step but once you do.... you look forward to it every Monday through Thursday. Having help and guidance from Kelly, the fitness instructor, to ensure proper form and the correct weights is key to my success. So glad it's located here in Oro Valley/ Catalina. I can't say enough great things about Kelly. I joined her gym 11 weeks ago and I am seeing amazing results. I love the definition that I have gotten from lifting much heavier weights and Kelly makes sure I use proper form as I am learning new exercises. She is extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness and I love asking her all kinds of questions. She's incredibly patient and very good at her job!
