Most women aren't sure where to start or what to do when they walk into a gym. I created this gym for everyday women.

If you attend classes, your program is already laid out for you the minute you walk through the door. No thinking what to do or how to do it. A trainer is in each class to guide you on proper form and what muscles should be working, even helping you with progressive overload.

If you chose to do a 1:1 program, your program is tailored to your own goals. The program will also come with a nutrition plan to help you reach your fitness goals.

I can't say enough great things about Kelly. I joined her gym 11 weeks ago and I am seeing amazing results.
