Why PowHERHouse Fitness?

We all have been through the experience of walking into a gym and not knowing how to work the machines or what to do with dumbbells. At PowHERhouse Fitness, no need to worry about that. I'll lay out the workout, show you correct form and you'll get that workout you were looking for. Everyone starts somewhere, so come see me and I'll help you get started!


The facility is set up for small group strength training sessions or private 1:1 sessions Monday through Thursday . PowHERhouse Fitness classes make you feel as if you are receiving a one on one personal training session, but you'll be able to workout with other women. Class times are currently at 615am, 8am and 430pm Mon-Thurs.

Helping women build strength to live a long healthy life through semi-private classes or 1:1 strength training programs.

Classes are focused on building muscle, burning fat and gaining strength. We will hit different muscles each day in order to let the body recover for the following week. Sessions are 60 minutes long and you will move at your own pace. Class times are currently Monday through Thursday 615am, 8am & 430pm. Any workout can be modified to accommodate each woman or any injuries.

1:1 programs are tailored to your specific fitness goals. You can train 2 to 4 times per week; each program comes with a personalized nutrition plan to help you reach your goals.

I can't say enough great things about Kelly. I joined her gym 11 weeks ago and I am seeing amazing results. I love the definition that I have gotten from lifting much heavier weights and Kelly makes sure I use proper form as I am learning new exercises. She is extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness and I love asking her all kinds of questions. She's incredibly patient and very good at her job!
